Location: Wide Oak Ranch, nestled in the serene Fremont hills

 

Purpose: This mini-retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and nurture your mind and spirit

 

Investment: $75 per participant

 

Limited Availability: To ensure a personalized experience, we have a limit of 10 participants

 

Arrival: You are welcome to arrive from 9:00 am, and the program will commence promptly at 9:30 am

Amanda Starr, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist with 15 years of experience as a somatically trained therapist specializing in attachment injury and trauma recovery in adults.  After 20+ years living in the Pacific Northwest, Amanda has returned to her family’s ranch here in the Bay Area. She hopes to offer a safe and welcoming space for humans seeking connection with themselves, other mammals, and the natural world.
