Amanda Starr, PsyD, the owner of Wide Oak Ranch, will give a tour of the facilities and offer a demonstration of an Equine Assisted Psychotherapy session.

Amanda Starr, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist with 15 years of experience as a somatically trained therapist specializing in attachment injury and trauma recovery in adults.  After 20+ years living in the Pacific Northwest, Amanda has returned to her family’s ranch here in the Bay Area. She hopes to offer a safe and welcoming space for humans seeking connection with themselves, other mammals, and the natural world.
